These Terms of Use govern your use of axiteq.com (the "Site"), operated by AXITEQ and its affiliated companies ("AXITEQ", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These terms cover the public website only. Use of AxiOS, FleetOS and our other platforms and services is governed by the agreement you sign with us.

02Using the site

You may browse the Site, download resources for your own business evaluation, and share links to our pages. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.
• Try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems or other users' data, or interfere with the Site's operation.
• Scrape, copy or harvest content or data from the Site in bulk, or use automated tools to do so, without our written permission.
• Submit false information, malware, spam or content that infringes anyone's rights through our forms.

03Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, product screens, illustrations, graphics, logos and the AXITEQ, AxiOS and FleetOS names, belong to AXITEQ or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as these terms allow, you may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission. Other names and trademarks mentioned belong to their owners.

We work to keep the Site accurate and current, but its content is for general information only. Product screens on the Site show sample data. Case studies describe representative engagements, and figures are illustrative unless stated otherwise. Features, specifications and availability may change. Nothing on the Site is an offer or a binding commitment: only a signed agreement is.

05Submissions

When you send us information through the Site, you confirm it is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Do not send confidential information through our forms unless we have agreed confidentiality terms with you. Ideas or feedback you send may be used by us without obligation to you. 10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the AXITEQ company operating the Site, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
